硫酸镁湿热敷治疗静脉输注可达龙所致血栓性静脉炎的效果及护理观察

目的评价硫酸镁湿热敷对预防静脉输注可达龙所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法选取2011年5月—2014年1月我院收治的输注可达龙的患者97例,随机分为两组,其中观察组49例,在常规护理基础上每次输注可达龙即用硫酸镁湿热敷,对照组48例,仅采用常规护理,比较两组患者静脉炎发生情况与患者对护理的满意程度。结果观察组0例患者出现静脉炎,对照组0级静脉炎15（31.3%）例,1级静脉炎12（25.0%）例,2级静脉炎10（20.8%）例,3级静脉炎8（16.75）例,4级静脉炎3（6.3%）例,两组患者静脉炎发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硫酸镁湿敷对预防静脉输注可达龙所致静脉炎的临床疗效好,能有效预防患者出现静脉炎,值得在临床上予以推广。

Moist heat treatment of intravenous magnesium sulfate Cordarone caused thrombophlebitis effect and nursing observation

Objective To evaluation of magnesium moist heat to prevent the clinical efficacy of intravenous amiodarone-induced phlebitis.Methods May 2011— January 2014 in our hospital infusion Cordarone patients 97 cases were randomly divided into two groups,one group of 49 cases observed in routine care on the basis of each infusion Cordarone that moist heat with magnesium sulfate,the control group of 48 patients,using only routine care,patients were compared with the incidence of phlebitis in patients satisfaction with care.Results The study group 0 cases of patients with phlebitis,phlebitis control group 0 15（31.3%） patients,a phlebitis 12（25.0%） patients,2 phlebitis 10（20.8%） patients,3 phlebitis 8（16.75） cases,four phlebitis 3（6.3%） patients,the incidence of phlebitis two groups of patients was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）; observation group than the control group nursing satisfaction,the difference there was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The prevention of intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate wet due to good clinical efficacy of amiodarone phlebitis,patients can effectively prevent phlebitis,deserve to be in clinical practice.
