摘    要:目的探讨宫腔镜联合超声检查子宫异常出血的临床应用价值。方法我院选取2011年2月—2013年2月的异常子宫出血患者共90例,分析所有临床资料,并随机分为A组、B组以及C组,每组各30例患者,A组采取宫腔镜检查;B组采取超声检查;C组采用宫腔镜联合超声检查,比较检查结果的准确率。结果 A组的诊断正确率为86.7%,B组的诊断正确率为83.3%,C组诊断正确率为93.3%,C组的正确率明显高于A、B组。具有统计学的意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用宫腔镜联合超声检查异常子宫出血不仅能够迅速分析出病因,而且确诊率较高,值得临床上大力推广和使用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound in the observation of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods We selected 90 pacients who suffered with abnormal uterine bleeding in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 and analysised all their clinical data. Then,All pacients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C, Each group has 30 pacients, Group A took hysteroscopic examination and group B took ultrasound examination and group C took hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound,Comparing the examination results.Results The overall coincidence rates of hysteroscopy results, ultrasonic results, and results examined by hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound with pathological diagnosis results were 86.7%,83.3% and 93.3%,respectively,The accuracy of hysteroscopy combined with ultrasonic diagnosis was significantly higher than that of ultrasound alone orsingle hysteroscop.Conclusion Steroscopy combined with' ultrasound examination can be used in rapid and accurate diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding.It is worth to promotion and use.
