景观疗养护理用于离退休干部睡眠质量改善效果探讨

目的：探讨景观疗养护理用于离退休干部睡眠质量改善临床效果。方法选取近年来于我院行景观疗养护理离退休干部130例，设为试验组，以同期行常规护理离退休干部130例设为对照组，比较两组患者临床护理满意度，干预前后睡眠质量评分等。结果对照组和观察组患者临床护理满意度分别为83.08%（54/65），100.00%（65/65）；试验组患者临床护理满意度显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组患者干预后睡眠效果、睡眠可持续性、睡眠潜伏期及总均分等睡眠质量评分较干预前显著提高，且试验组患者干预后评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论景观疗养护理用于离退休干部可有效改善睡眠质量，延长睡眠时间，并提高临床护理满意程度。

Improving Effects Investigation of Landscape Restorative Care on Sleep Quality of Retired Veterans in Army

Objective To investigate improving effects of landscape restorative care on sleep quality of retired veterans in army. Methods 130 retired veterans in army were chosen in our hospital in recent years defined as experimental group with landscape restorative care and at same time 130 retired veterans defined as control group with conventional nursing care;and clinical nursing satisfaction and sleep quality score before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results The clinical nursing satisfaction of control group and experimental group were separately 83.08%（54/65）,100.00%（65/65）; The clinical nursing satisfaction of experimental group were better than control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The sleep quality score including sleep efficiency, sleep sustainability, sleep latency andtotal score after treatment of both groups were better than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The scores above after treatment of experimental group were better than control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Landscape restorative care on sleep quality of retired veterans in army can efficiently improve sleep quality, longer sleep time and higher clinical nursing satisfaction.
