近端胃切除及全胃切除术治疗贲门癌的对比分析

目的对比近端胃切除及全胃切除术治疗贲门癌的临床疗效。方法 86例贲门癌患者分为PG组和TG组,PG组患者行近端胃切除手术,TG组患者行全胃切除手术,对比两组患者的并发症与生存率。结果 PG组并发症总发生率达26.19%,高于TG的9.09%（P〈0.05）;TG组术后3年及5年生存率均高于PG组（P〈0.05）。结论全胃切除术治疗贲门癌能有效减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者生存率,改善患者的生存质量,故建议全胃切除术在治疗贲门癌中广泛使用。
