上颌窦冲洗在鼻内镜治疗真菌球型上颌窦炎中的应用

目的探讨在鼻内镜治疗真菌球型上颌窦炎中应用上颌窦冲洗所得到的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年2月—2014年2月真菌球型上颌窦炎患者120例,将这些患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组中患者以鼻内镜进行治疗,观察组中患者在此基础上应用上颌窦冲洗进行治疗。结果观察中患者的治愈率为91.7%,对照组中患者的治愈率为75.0%;对患者进行随访,观察组中患者无1例出现复发,对照组中患者有5例出现复发。结论在鼻内镜治疗真菌球型上颌窦炎中应用上颌窦冲洗能够得到较理想临床效果,临床治愈率比较高,并且治疗之后的复发率比较低,是临床上一种较理想的方法,可进行广泛应用。

The Application of irrigation of maxillary sinus in endoscopic treatment of fungal ball sinusitis

Objective To study the application in nasal endoscopic treatment of fungus ball maxillary sinusitis maxillary sinus flush of clinical effect.Methods In our hospital for treatment of 120 cases of fungus ball maxillary sinusitis patients, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, control group of patients with nasal endoscopic treatment, patients in obser- vation group based on the application of maxillary sinus rinse for treatment.Results The observation of the patient＇s cure rate was 91.7%, the patients in the control group cure rate was 75.0%; Follow-up of patients in the observation group patients without recurrence in 1 case appeared, 5 cases in the control group patients relapse.Conclusion The application in nasal endoscopic treatment of fungus ball maxillary sinusitis maxillary sinus rinse can get ideal clinical effect, clinical cure rate is higher, and the recurrence rate is lower, after treatment is an ideal method, clinical can be widely used.
