术中护理对食管癌根治术患者手术室相关护理并发症的防治效果探究

目的探讨术中护理对食管癌根治术患者手术室相关护理并发症的治疗效果。方法在2013年2月—2014年5月之间随机抽取我院76例进行食管癌根治术的患者,将所有患者分为两个小组：实验组和对照组,即：每小组38例。对照组患者实施常规术中护理,实验组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理。结果实施人性化护理的实验组38例患者静脉针管液体外渗、体温异常、压疮和臂丛神经损伤分别为2例、2例、2例、1例,实施常规术中护理的对照组在以上并发症中分别为12例、13例、16例、8例,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论所以在手术室对食管癌根治术患者实施人性化护理能够降低术中并发症发生率,提高手术护理质量,具有推广价值。

Study on the intraoperative nursing to the control efficiency of complication with esophageal carcinoma radical treatment

Objective Study on the intraoperative nursing to the control efficiency of complication with esophageal carcinoma radical treatment. Methods 76 cases of esophageal carcinoma radical treatment patients from February 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were randomly assigned into two groups,namely experimental group and control group,38 cases in each group.38 cases of pa- tients in the control group were given the routine nursing care;the control group implements humanism nursing based on the rou- tine nursing. Results The cases on vein needle fluid extravasation,abnormal temperature, bedsore and brachial plexus injury in ex- perimental group which given the humanism nursing were 2,2,2,1,respectively; the cases in control group is 12,13,16,8,respectively. the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion So the humanistic nursing to esophageal carcinoma in the operation room can reduce the complication rate,improve the quality of nursing, and have the value of pophlarization.
