小剂量米索前列醇与缩宫素用于晚孕引产400例对比分析

目的探讨和分析小剂量米索前列醇与缩宫素用于晚孕引产患者的临床效果。方法摘取2012年1月—2013年12月期间收治的400例晚期妊娠引产患者,做为本次研究对象,采用随机双盲法,分为观察组与对照组,观察组200例患者采用阴道放置小剂量米索前列醇进行引产,对照组200例患者采用静脉滴注缩宫素进行引产,对两组引产有效率进行比较,并对两组产后出血、临产时间、软产道损伤等情况进行比较。结果观察组引产有效率为88.00%（176）明显高于对照组的60.50%（121）,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组产后出血、临产时间、软产道破裂等情况明显低于对照组,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用小剂量米索前列醇对晚孕患者进行引产,促宫颈成熟,较缩宫素引产成功率高,降低剖宫产率,值得临床推广应用。

A small dose of misoprostol and oxytocin for induced labor in late pregnancy and 400 cases of contrast analysis

Objective Discussion and analysis of a small dose of misoprostol and oxytocin for induced labor in late pregnancy in patients with clinical effect.Methods Removal Removal of 400 cases of advanced 2012 January to 2013 Decembeu patients treated during the period of pregnancy,as the object of study,a randomized double blind method,divided into the observation group and control group,200 cases in observation group were treated with small dose of misoprostol placed in vagina of induced labor,200 cases in the control group were treated by intravenous infusion of oxytocin for induced labor,two group effective rate were compared,and compared the two groups of postpartum hemorrhage,labor time,injury of soft birth canal et al.Results The observation group effective rate was 88%（176） was significantly higher than that in control group（121,60.50%） was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the observation group of postpartum hemorrhage,labor time,soft birth canal fracture were significantly lower than the control group,there was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using small dose of misoprostol for labor induction in late pregnant patients,can make fetal head easy interfacing,labor more easily,without the need for monitoring long time related staff,not only reduces the workload,and also to make the patient production time be shortened,reducing pain,is an effective medicine for induction of labor,by the patients the consistent high praise,is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
