| 摘 要： | 目的观察断指再植的术中配合与舒适护理措施对断指再植手术效果的影响。方法选择我院2009年1月—2013年3月收治的进行断指再植手术的患者84例,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,观察组采用舒适护理措施,对照组采用常规护理措施,总结两组术中配合,比较两组治疗效果及护理满意度。结果观察组成活率及护理满意度（92.31%、95.24%）均显著高于对照组（76.47%、80.95%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在断指再植术中采取合理的术中配合以及舒适护理可以提高断指再植的成活率以及护理满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the cooperation of nursing and comfortable nursing on the effect of replantation of severed finger replantation operation. Methods 46 patients with replantation of severed finger were divided into observation group and control group according to the nursing.The clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively.42 cases in each group. The observa-tion group received comfort care,and the control group received routine nursing care measures.Summed up the intraoperative cooperation of the two groups. The treatment effects and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The survival rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group（92.31%, 95.24%） were higher than that of the control group（76.47%,80.95%）, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Use reasonable operation and comfortable nursing care can improve the survival rate of replantation of severed finger and nursing satisfaction in finger replantation. |
