| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨产科危急重症抢救演习的护理实践效果。方法选择参加三班的护理人员群体18名，年龄21-38岁，平均27.1岁。由主治医师以上医生主持，并能模拟羊水栓塞、胎盘早剥、子痫、妊娠合并心衰、前置胎盘大出血等不同危急重症情况，指导护理人员进行不同的抢救操作。结果通过抢救演习，护理人员基本掌握产科危急重症的抢救方法与护理2.7配合，并且在实际中运用良好，使母胎平安。结论产科危急重症演习的护理实践，可以加强护理人员的急救水平，更好地抢救母胎生命，值得重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of nursing practice of obstetricemergency rescue exercises. Methods Choose to partici-pate in class three of nursing staff population 18, age 21-38 year old, average 27.1 years old. Byattending more doctors, and can simulate the amniotic fluid embolism, placental abruption, preeclampsia, pregnancy with heart failure, placenta previa bleeding and other different critical situation, guide the nurses of different rescueoperation. Results The rescue exercises, nurses mastered and nursing methodsof obstetric critical 2.7 match, and in actual use in good, the maternal fetal safety.Conclusion Nursing practice of obstetric emergency exercise, can strengthen thenursing staff＆#39;s level of emergency rescue, better maternal fetal life, worthy of attention. |
