综合心理干预对乳腺癌化疗期间情绪及生存质量的影响

目的探讨综合心理干预对乳腺癌患者化疗期间抑郁、焦虑情绪及生存质量的影响。方法将南阳市中心医院2012年10月—2013年12月收治的133例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组仅接受常规化疗和护理,干预组接受额外的综合心理干预治疗,干预前后应用生命质量测定量表（FACT-B4.0）,抑郁自评量表（SDS）,焦虑自评量表（SAS）进行评分。结果综合心理干预后患者抑郁、焦虑情绪得到了显著改善（P〈0.05）,生存质量测定量表显示干预后患者社会状况、情感状况明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论对乳腺癌患者进行综合心理干预能够有效改善患者的情绪状态,提高生存质量。

Effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on mood and quality of life of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on depression, anxiety and quality of life in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods 133 cases of breast cancer patients administered in Nanyang Central Hospital from October 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, control group received only conventional chemotherapy and care, intervention group received extra comprehensive psychological intervention, then quality of life scale（FACT-B4.0）,self-rating depression scale（SDS）, self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） were applied before and after psychological intervention. Results After comprehensive psychological intervention, depression and anxiety of intervention group was significantly improved（P〈0.05）, as well as social status and emotional status（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can improve emotional state and quality of life of breast cancer patients.
