| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ERCC1基因在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR检测44例胃癌组织中ERCC1基因的表达,并分析ERCC1基因表达与患者生存的关系。结果 ERCC1在胃癌组织中的表达与年龄、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、临床分期等因素无关,而与性别有关。ERCC1高表达病例3年生存率33.3%（8/24）,ERCC1低表达病例3年生存率60.0%（12/20）,ERCC1低表达患者3年生存率更高,但是两者差异无统计学意义（P=0.077）。结论 ERCC1与胃癌分化程度、有无淋巴结转移等无关,提示ERCC1与肿瘤的不良生物学行为无关。ERCC1基因在胃癌中不能作为独立的预后指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the significance of ERCC1 in gastric cancer and the relationship between these markers and clinicopathologic parameter as well as clinical outcome.Methods Real-time PCR was used in detecting the expression of ERCC1 in 44 cases of microdissected formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded gastric cancer.Results The expression of ERCC1 in gastric cancer was correlated with gender（P=0.006） rather than age,histological grade,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage（P0.05）.The patients with low expression of ERCC1 showed higher survival rate,but it did not reach statistically significant difference（P0.05）; Conclusion The expression of ERCC1 in gastric cancer was not correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis,which indicate that the expression of ERCC1 has no relationship with tumor biological behavior.ERCC1 gene can not be considered as an independent prognosis factor. |
