| 摘 要： | 目的探讨强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者免疫球蛋白水平的变化。方法以86例AS患者（疾病组）和80例健康人群（健康对照组）作为研究对象,采用免疫散射比浊法测定其血清中IgA、IgG、IgM的浓度。结果 AS患者血清IgA和Ig G水平显著高于健康对照组（P〈0.05）。免疫球蛋白变化以IgG异常为主,异常率为31.4%（27/86）;IgA异常率为17.4%（15/86）;IgM异常率为5.8%（5/86）。结论血清免疫球蛋白可作为强直性脊柱炎的重要炎症指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the changes changes of serum immunoglobulin in 86 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients.Methods 86 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients（disease group） and 80 healthy people（control group） were selected for study.And serum concentration of IgA, Ig G, IgM was determinate by immune scatter turbidimetry. Results Serum IgA, IgG and IgM in ankylosing spondylitis patients was significantly higher than that in healthy control group（P 0.05）. The main change of immunoglobul was abnormal IgG and the abnormal rate was 31.4%（27/86）; the abnormal rate of IgA was 17.4%（15/86）; the abnormal rate of IgM was 5.8%（5/86）. Conclusion Serum immunoglobulin can be used as an important marker of inflammation in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. |
