奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌疗效及毒副作用的临床观察

目的通过氟尿嘧啶、奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的效果,确定其疗效以及安全性。方法将我院2013年3月—2014年4月入院的42例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各21例,通过用药的不同分析奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙的疗效及安全性。结果通过4个周期疗效发现观察组有效率为76.1%,高于对照组的42.8%,且对照组处于3-4度间的不良反应高于观察组,白细胞减少发生概率对照组为9.52%,观察组为7.14%,贫血对照组为4.76%,观察组为2.38%,神经毒性发生概率对照组要为9.52%,观察组为7.14%观察组为对照组明显高于观察组。结论奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙对于晚期胃癌的治疗疗效好,安全性高,值得推广。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of oxaliplatin,fluorouracil plus leucovorin in treatment of advanced gastric cancer and side effects

Objective Through fluorouracil, oxaliplatin into joint and the effect of folic acid, calcium treatment of advanced gastric cancer, determine the efficacy and safety. Methods From March 2013 to April 2013 of 42 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 21 people, through the analysis of the different drugs oxaliplatin into joint,fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium efficacy and safety. Results The curative effect is found through four cycle group effective rate was76.1%, 42.8% higher than that of control group, and the control group in the adverse reactions between 3 to 4 degrees higher than the observation group, white blood cells reduce probability in the control group was 9.52%, the observation group was 7.14%, anemia in the control group was 4.76%, the observation group was 2.38%, the nerve toxicity probability in the control group was9.52%, as 7.14% group was a control observation group was obviously higher than that of group. Conclusion Oxaliplatin into joint,fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer good curative effect, high safety, is worth promoting.
