泪道探通术联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼液注入治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床研究

目的研究泪道探通术联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼液注入治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法将228例新生儿泪囊炎患者随机分为两组。A组（114人,共134眼）采用泪道探通术联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼液注入治疗。B组（114人,共130眼）采用单纯泪道探通术治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察A组,第一次探通治愈130眼,治愈率97.01%。B组,第一次探通治愈108眼,治愈率83.08%。差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组仅1眼第二天发生泪囊附近组织肿胀、感染,其并发症发生率0.75%。B组有11眼第二天发生泪囊附近组织肿胀、感染,该并发症发生率8.46%。差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论泪道探通术联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼液注入治疗新生儿泪囊炎的疗效好,疗程短,并发症发生率低,有重要临床参考价值。

Clinical study of probing of lacrimal passage with injection of Tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops for treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis

Objective To observe clinical effect of probing of lacrimal passage with injection of Tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops for treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis. Methods 228 patients with neonatal dacryocystitis were randomly divided into two groups, Group A （114 cases, 134 eyes）, treated by probing of lacrimal Passage with injection of Tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops. Group B （114 cases, 130 eyes）, treat by probing of lacrimal passage. Results Group A probing and healing 130 eyes first time, cure rate 97.01%. Group B probing and healing 130 eyes first time, cure rate 83.08%, there was significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Postoperative 1 day, lacrimal sac tissues swelling and inflammation occurented in 1 eye in group A, the complication was 0.75%. lacrimal sac tissues swelling and inflammation occurented in 1 leye in group B, the complication was 8.46%. there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Probing of lacrimal passage with injection of Tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops is safe, effective and short treatment course for treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis.
