剖宫产后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠两种分娩方式的比较研究

目的探讨剖宫产后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠两种分娩方式适用性。方法选择笔者医院162例剖宫产后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩的产妇作为研究对象。根据分娩方式不同,将其分为剖宫产分娩组（n=83）和阴道分娩组（n=79）。比较剖两组的产后出血量和发热并发症发生率、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿感染发生率。结果阴道分娩组产后出血量和发热发生率显著低于与剖宫产组（P〈0.05）。阴道分娩组的新生儿Apgar评分和感染率与剖宫产组相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论阴道分娩可降低瘢痕子宫产妇的并发症,但选择前必须综合分析产妇和胎儿情况。

A comparative study on two kinds of delivery mode of pregnancy with cicatricial uterus after cesarean section

Objective To discuss the applicability of two kinds of delivery mode of pregnancy with cicatricial uterus after cesarean section.Methods 162 cases of pregnancy women with cicatricial uterus after cesarean section were selected as the research objects.According to the different modes of delivery,they were divided into the cesarean section group（n=83） and vaginal delivery group（n=79）.The amount of postpartum bleeding,fever incidence,Apgar score of newborn,neonatal infection rate of the two groups were compared.Results Postpartum bleeding and fever incidence in vaginal delivery group was significantly lower than that in cesarean section group（P〈0.05）.There is no significant difference on neonatal Apgar score and the infection rate between vaginal delivery group and cesarean section（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Vaginal delivery can reduce the complications of maternal with scar uterus,but a comprehensive analysis of maternal and fetal condition must be done before selection.
