流动人口肺结核患者结核病防治知识知晓率调查

目的 了解流动人口肺结核患者结核病防治知识的相关信息.方法 采用问卷调查方式,调查广州市海珠区流动人口肺结核患者的性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、收入以及患者结核病防治知识知晓情况.结果 流动人口中156例初治和复治涂阳肺结核患者在发现结核病前接受过有关结核病防治知识宣传的人数占55.8％,不同的性别、年龄组、文化程度组别之间结核病防治知识知晓率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).复治患者的知晓率高于初治患者的知晓率；经济富裕家庭患者结核病防治知识知晓率显著性高于经济贫困家庭(P=0.033).患者对于肺结核知识的获得途径以亲友宣传(40.2％)、报刊杂志(24.1％)、广播电视(19.5％)为主.结论 经济富裕的患者具有较高的结核病防治知晓率；流动人口肺结核患者对结核防治知识的了解多是经亲友宣传,通过社区公共宣传渠道开展健康教育工作是当务之急.

Survey of tuberculosis-knowledge among floating populations suffered from tuberculosis.

Objective To understand the tubereulosis （TB）knwoedge among floating population. Methods The TB patients registered in Guangzhou were interviewed with a questionnaire survey designed to understand their general information and TB-prevention awareness. Results Only 55.8% of 156 floating workers suffering from TB knewt about the TB-prevention information. There were no statistieal significant differenees in TB knowledge among the floating workers in different sex, age and edueation group. The TB knowledge rate in retreatment patients was higher than that of initial treatment patients （P=-0.045）. The TB knowdedge level in paitients of rieh family was higher than that of foor family （P=0.033）. The routes of otaining TB knowledge were kin/friends （40.2% ,news paper/magazine （24.1%）and broadeasting/TV （40.2%）. Gonclusion Hea/th education with TB knowdedge he eondueted to spread TB control and preention knowledge to control TB infeetion among floating population,
