| 摘 要： | 本文就恶性疟原虫体外培养的同步化方法加以综述,主要对恶性疟原虫的同步化方法,如传统的浓度分离法、渗透压分离法、Percoll梯度法、温度周期法、阿非迪霉素法,及近几年发展起来的磁性分离法及流式细胞分析仪法进行了介绍.

| Abstract: | The recent synchronization methods of in vitro culture of Plasmodium falciparum,the traditional density method, the osmotic lysis method, the Percoll gradient method, the temperature cycling method and aphidicolin treatment method were discussed in this paper and recently developed methods such as the magnetic separation and the flow cytometric analysis were also introduced. |
