摘    要:目的 比较四种粪检方法对华支睾吸虫虫卵的检出效果. 方法 对门诊病人送检的800例粪便标本,分别采用生理盐水涂片法、离心沉淀法、改良酸醚离心沉淀法和饱和亚硝酸钠溶液漂浮法检查华支睾吸虫虫卵.结果 改良酸醚离心沉淀法,阳性检出率最高,为42.25%(338/800),其次离心沉淀法,为40.88%(327/800),两者之间差别无统计学意义(x2=0.311,P>0.05).前法虫卵检出密度较后法高,差别有统计学意义(x2=30.178,P<0.05);且前法阳性涂片率为38.63%(927/2400),后法阳性涂片率为2754%(661/2400),前法检测阳性涂片率明显高于后法(x2=66.585,P<0.001).结论 改良酸醚离心沉淀法检出效果最佳,在诊断华支睾吸虫病的临床检测中有较大的应用价值,可作为常规检查方法,值得推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of 4 scatoseopies for detection of Clonorchis sinensis eggs. Methods The 800 stool specimens from.the outpatients in our hospital were, examined for Clonorchis sinensis eggs by directly smear of feces with salinesolution, 'centrifugal sedimentation,the improved centrifugal sedimentation with hydrochloric acid and aether, saturated sodium nitrite solution flotation. Results The highest positive rate was improved centrifugal sedimentation with hydrochloric acid, aether (42.25%),followed by centrifugal sedimentation (40.88%)withoout showing significantly statistical significance between the two methods (/9〉0.05). But the positive film preparation rateof the former was 38.63%(927/2400), and that of the latter was 27.54% (661/2400)showing significant differences (P〈0.001). Conclusion The improved centrifugal sedimentation with hydrochloric acid and aether possessed relatively high value for detection of clonorchiasis sinensis and thus it is worthy popularization.
