海南省2007～2011年畜产品质量安全状况调查

目的 了解海南省2007～2011年畜产品质量安全状况,找出监管工作中存在的主要问题与不足,提出有效可靠的措施与建议,保障人民生命财产安全.方法 按照国家规定的相关标准对2007～2011年采集的2大类畜产品共计3 150份样品进行1 1种药物残留检验.结果 鸡肝、鸡肉中磺胺类药物和喹诺酮类药残留检出率较高,但只有少量超过最高残留限量.猪肉中“瘦肉精”检测合格率100％,猪尿中“瘦肉精”检测合格率99.8％.结论 畜产品检测未发现“瘦肉精”等违禁药品的使用,质量安全状况总体良好,但兽药残留问题依然存在,须继续加强畜产品质量安全监管,保障人民群众身体健康.

Surveys of quality and safety of livestock products in Hainan in 2007-2011.

Objective To survey the quality and safety of livestock products in Hainan Province in 2007-2011. Methods According to the national standards,a total of 3 150 samples of 2 categories of livestock products collected from 2007 to 2011 were detected for 11 kinds of drug residue. Result The residues of sulfa and quinolone drugs in chicken liver and chicken were high,but only a small amount exceeded the maximum residue limits. The qualification rate of detection of clenbuterol in pork was 100% and thed qualification rate of clenbuterol in pig urine was 99.9%. Conclusion The qualify of livestock products in Hainan is good and safe, but monitoring be stmgthencd to protect the health lof the residents.
