摘    要:目的 分析孕早期妇女弓形虫(TOX)不同感染状况对出生缺陷的影响.方法 用酶联免疫吸附法检测孕早期妇女血中弓形虫IgG及IgM抗体,根据检验结果组成急性感染组、活动性感染组、既往感染组,随机抽取无感染者作对照组,比较4组妊娠结局.结果 在3 500名孕早期妇女中弓形虫感染率为7.69%,其中近期急性感染占16.9%,活动性感染占30.1%,既往感染占53.6%.比较4组结果为:各组出生缺陷率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中急性感染组出生缺陷率高于活动性感染组、既往感染和未感染组(P<0.05),活动性感染组高于既往感染和未感染组(P<0.05),既往感染和未感染组之间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 孕早期Tox既往感染者出生缺陷的发生与其是否发生再次感染或激发感染复发密切相关.孕早期Tox不同感染状况出生缺陷发生率从大到小次序为:急性感染、活动性感染、既往感染和无感染.

Birth defect in women infected with Toxoplasma gondii during early gestational stage

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of Toxoplasma gondii infection in early pregnant women(TOX) on birth defect.Methods Blood samples from women at early genstational stage were collected and Toxoplasma gondii IgG and IgM antibodies were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The specimens were,based on test results,divided into acute infection group,active infection group,previous infection group and random drawing early pregnant women without infection as control group,then they were compared on pregnancy outcome.Results Toxoplasma gondii infection rate in 35 00 early pregnant women was 7.69%,the recent acute infection accounted for 16.9%,active infection accounted for 30.1%,previous infection accounted for 53.6%.Comparising of birth defects,the incidence of birth defects were statistically significant difference among each groups(P 0.05),the incidence of acute infection group was significantly higher than that of active infection group,previous infection group and no infection of group(P 0.05);active infection group was higher than that of previous infection and no infection of group(P0.05);previous infection with and without infection groups showed no difference(P0.05).Conclusion The birth difects is closely associated with second or actiive Toxoplasma gondii infection at early pergnancy.
