复合益生菌制剂对长航核潜艇员体液免疫功能的调节

摘    要:目的观察及评价复合益生菌制剂对长航核潜艇员体液免疫功能的调节作用。方法受试艇员分为用药组和未用药组 ,并以另一艘未出航的核潜艇艇员 (未出航组 )为空白对照。观察长航前后各组体液免疫指标血清含量变化。结果 (1 )未用药组航后IgG含量高于航前 ,IgM高于航前和未出航组 (P <0 .0 5 )。用药组航后IgA含量高于未用药组 ,而IgM低于未用药组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IgA亦高于航前和未出航组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IgG仅高于航前 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )未用药组航后补体C3及B因子水平较航前和未出航组降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,C4 则较航前升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。用药组航后与未用药组比较 ,C4 水平降低 ,而C3及B因子水平增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但B因子低于航前 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (3)未用药组IL - 4水平航后较航前和未出航组升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL - 6较航前及未出航组升高 (P <0 .0 1 )。用药组航后IL - 4及IL - 6水平均明显低于未用药组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但IL - 6仍高于航前 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (4 )未用药组CRP及CIC航后的水平均较航前和未出航组升高(P <0 .0 5 )。用药组航后CRP及CIC低于未用药组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论复合益生菌制剂可从多方面对长航核潜艇员的体液免疫功能进行调节 ,主要体现为阻抑核潜艇长航训练所致体液免

Abstract:Objective To observe and evaluate the regulatory effect of complex-probiotic-preparation on humoral immunity function of sailors in nuclear-powered submarine during long term voyage. Methods The subjects were divided into preparation-taken group, preparation-non-taken group,and control group (came from another nuclear-powered submarine which was not on training voyage). Serum content of humoral immunity function indexes were detected before and after long term voyage. Results (1)IgG in preparation-non-taken group after long term voyage was higher than before voyage, and IgM also higher than before and that in control group(P<0.05). IgA in taken-group after voyage was higher than before voyage and those in non-taken and control group while IgM was lower than non-taken group(P<0.05).(2)Complement C 3 and B factor in non-taken-group after voyage were lower than before voyage and that in control (P<0.05 or P<0.01) while C 4 was higher than before voyage (P<0.05). C 3 and B factor in taken-group after voyage were higher, while C 4 was lower than those in non-taken group (P<0.05) but B factor after voyage was lower than before voyage(P<0.05).(3)IL-4?IL-6 in non-taken group after voyage was higher than before voyage and that in control (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while IL- 4 and IL-6 in taken-group were lower than those in non-taken group (P<0.05). But IL-6 in taken group after voyage was higher than that in control (P<0.05).(4)CRP and CIC in non-taken group after voyage were higher than before voyage and those in control and taken group after voyage(P<0.05). Conclusion The complex-probiotic-preparation may cause multiple effects on regulating humoral immunity function of sailors in the nuclear-powered submarine during long term voyage. The feature of regulation may be to suppress the dominant tendency of humoral immunity to prevent from immune damage. Moreover, the preparation could enhance the upregulation of IgA, which may be a beneficial phenomenon of immune regulation.
