56例支气管哮喘致敏原皮试结果分析

目的：对支气管哮喘患者进行过敏原监测。方法：对５６例厦门地区支气管哮喘患者进行皮肤变应原过敏试验。结果：吸入性抗原是支气管哮喘最常见和最重要的致病和诱发因素；屋坐螨是哮喘主要抗原；本地区花粉阳性率低；与气候相关；霉菌抗原阳性率有上升趋势；吸烟与烟气也是哮喘发生的原因。结论：过敏原随地区气候有差异，过敏原皮试与支气管激发试验具有相关性，对哮喘患者进行过敏原监测，有助于预防和治疗。

Analysis of the skin test results on allergen of 56 patients with bronchial asthma in Xiamen area

Objective To determine the allergen of bronchial asthma.Methods The allergenic skin tests were performed on 56 patients with bronchial asthma in Xiamen area.Results the skin test results showed:1.Inhalation allergen was the most common and important pathogenic and inducing factor.2.Dust acaridae was the main allergen.3.The positive rate of pollen allergen skin test was low.This was associated the weather in this area.4.The positive rate of mycete allergen has ascending tendency 5.smoking and smoke dust also were reasons of asthma.Conclusion Allergen is varied with the different weather and area.The allergenic skin test has correlation with bronchial booster test.It is important to detect allergen of brochial asthma for treatment and prongosis.
