改革文职护士技能考核的实践与效果

目的 改革我院文职护士技能考核方法，为文职护士的聘用提供依据。方法 在模拟环境中考核护上的工作水平，将操作技能和综合技能作为考核内容，常规护理、操作和急救技能作为评分项目。结果 根据考核结果对护士的工作进行调整，有6名护士满意此考核模式。结论 新的技能考核方法不仅考核文职护士的护理技能操作水平，还考察她们的工作能力和综合素质，对保证护士的聘用质量具有重要作用，值得进一步研究和推广。

Practice and effect of the reform on skills examination for civilian nurses
