| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨使用螺旋CT与MRI在双下腔静脉畸形中的诊断价值。方法]回顾性分析3例经证实为双下腔静脉畸形的螺旋CT与MRI的影像学表现。结果]螺旋CT、MRI和MRI增强扫描均能清晰显示双下腔静脉畸形的特征性表现,即扩张的髂静脉汇入粗大的引流静脉干,MRI能清晰显示合并的海绵状血管瘤和其他脑实质异常。结论]采用CT与MRI技术均可清晰完整地显示双下腔静脉畸形的组成及引流静脉全程的三维影像。
