| 摘 要： | 选择急性心肌梗死（ＡＭＩ）患者２０例，心绞痛（ＡＰ）患者３０例，并以３０名正常人作对照，动态观察血浆神经肽Ｙ（ＮＰＹ）含量变化。结果显示：对照组ＮＰＹ水平为９２．５０±１１．３３ｎｇ／Ｌ，ＡＭＩ组发病第天为１６３±２４．３６ｎｇ／ｌ，显著高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．００１）；第３天开始下降，第１４天趋于正常（１１０．３３±１７．７９ｎｇ／ｌ）。ＡＰ组心绞痛发作期为１６８．５２±２９．８６ｎｇ／Ｌ，显著高于

| Abstract: | The changes of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) level were observed by RIA in 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 30 patients with angina pectoris(AP).The plasma NPY level was 92.5011.33ng/L in normal control group.Whereas,the plasma NPY level reached peak(163.4024.36ng/L) in the patients during the first day after AMI occuring.It was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).It began to dicrase from the third day,came to normal level by the end of fourteen days(110.3317.79ng/L).The plasma NPY level was 168.5229.86ng/L in AP patients during angina attack.It was significantly higher than that in the countrol group(P<0.001).After two weeks treatment,the plasma NPY level was decreased to 147.8828.71ng/L which was very significant.The results showed that the plasma NPY level was increased significantly during the acute ischemic attack period in CHD.The possible release mechanism of NPY was the enhancement of sympathetic nerve system activation during acute myocardial isc |
