四肢骨折术后疼痛病人早期实施生命力护理的效果观察

目的]观察生命力护理干预对骨科四肢骨折术后疼痛早期干预的效果。方法]将120例四肢骨折病人随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组术后实施常规护理,观察组术后在常规护理基础上给予生命力护理干预,包括生命力针刺、腹式呼吸、冥想、叩胸骨,观察病人术后各时点的疼痛情况。结果]两组病人术后30 min1、h2、h4、h、8 h的止痛疗效比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论]将生命力护理方法用于四肢骨折术后病人疼痛的干预,镇痛效果优于单纯的常规护理。

Observation on the effect of carrying out vitality nursing early for patients with postoperative pain after accepting operation on fractures of limbs

Objective：To observe the effect of early vitality nursing intervention on postoperative pain of fractures of limbs patients in orthopedics department.Methods：A total of 120 patients with fractures of limbs were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in control group were given postoperative care as in routine.Based on the routine care,patients in observation group were given vitality nursing intervention including vitality acupuncture,abdominal breathing,meditation,percuss of sternum and so on.Then postoperative pain of all patients at each different time point was observed.Results：There were statistical significant differences in terms of analgesic effect at 30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h and 8 h after operation between the two groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：After carrying out vitality nursing as intervention on postoperative pain for patients with fractures of limbs,the analgesic effect was prior to that of simple nursing as in routine.
