超声药物透入配合早期康复锻炼对腹部手术后病人肠功能恢复的影响

[目的]观察腹部手术后超声药物透入配合早期康复锻炼对肠功能恢复的影响。[方法]将120例腹部手术病人随机分为两组,治疗组采用超声药物透入配合早期康复锻炼,对照组给予早期康复锻炼,观察两组肛门排气时间及腹胀情况。[结果]治疗组术后肛门排气时间、腹胀发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]腹部手术后病人采用超声药物透入配合早期康复锻炼,肛门排气时间提前,腹胀发生率降低。

Influence of drug-phonophoresis combined with early rehabilitation exercises on enteric function recovery of patients after accepting operation on abdominal region

Objective：To observe the influence of drug-phonophoresis combined with early rehabilitation exercises on the time of passage of gas by anus of patients after accepting operation on abdominal region.Methods： A total of 120 patients undergoing operation on abdominal region were randomly divided into two groups.Patients of treatment group adopted drug-phonophoresis combined with early rehabilitation exercises.While patients of control group were given early rehabilitation exercises.Then the time of passage of gas by anus and abdominal distention of the two group cases were observed.Results：There were statistical significant differences in terms of postoperative time of passage of gas by anus and the incidence rate of abdominal distention between treatment group and control group cases（P0.01）.Conclusion：To adopt drug-phonophoresis combined with early rehabilitation exercises for patients after accepting operation on abdominal region,the time of passage of gas by anus of patients would be ahead of schedule and the incidence rate of abdominal distention would be low.
