舒泰凝胶在全身麻醉苏醒期男性病人留置尿管中的应用

目的]探讨舒泰凝胶在全身麻醉苏醒期男性病人留置尿管中的应用效果。方法]将198例全身麻醉留置尿管的男性病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在苏醒期使用舒泰凝胶,对照组不用,观察苏醒期病人血压、心率及躁动情况。结果]实验组病人苏醒期躁动明显减轻,心率、血压波动小于对照组。结论]全身麻醉苏醒期男性病人尿道应用舒泰凝胶有利于减轻苏醒期躁动。

Application of Shutai gel for male patients detaining catheterization in stage of analepsia after general anesthesia

Objective：To probe into the effects of application of Shutai gel for male patients accepting indwelling urinary catheter in the stage of analepsia after general anesthesia.Methods：A total of 198 male patients accepting indwelling urinary catheter under general anesthesia were randomly divided into test and control groups.Patients of test group applied Shutai gel in urinary tract in the stage of analepsia.However,patients of control group did not use the Shutai gel.Then blood pressure,heart rate and restlessness of all cases were observed.Results： Patients in test group had significantly less restlessness.And heart rate and blood pressure fluctuation were less than that of control group cases.Conclusion：Applying Shutai gel for male patients accepting indwelling urinary catheter in the stage of analepsia after general anesthesia is helpful to relieve their restlessness.
