灭幼宝与诺毕速灭松防治养猪场家蝇及淡色库蚊的药效研究

摘    要:1992年8~9月,我们在北京西局养猪场,联合应用灭幼宝与诺毕速灭松杀灭蚊、蝇,取得较好效果。在发生季节高峰,成蝇平均密度由167只/0.5h降至10只/0.5h,密度下降率达94%以上;1周后第2次喷药,下降率达99.2%;1个月内蝇幼平均密度保持在0.22条/g以下,密度下降率保持在96.17%以上;施药后2个月化蛹变小、变畸,羽化率明显降低,在6.54%以下。现场投施灭幼宝对淡色库蚊有明显的速杀力,投药后3天幼虫密度下降率达100%,1周后回升;再次投药后3天,密度下降率又达98.78%。

Abstract:We controled mosquito and fly with Pyriproxyfen and Sumithion-NP(made in Japan )in August to September, 1992 and have got better effects. At the season peak of the ,fly population quantity, the density came down from 167 ind./0.5h to 10 ind./0.5h after the first application(ULV spray), the decline rate of the density reached over 94%; After the second application, the decline rate reached 99.2%, and then during one month the density of fly larva was keeped below 0.22 ind./g, the decline rate of the density was keeped over 96.17%. After 2 months, it was found that newly the pupated pupae size were smaller, the distortional individuals appeared, the emergence rate was lower markedly, under 6.54%. We also have made obvious kill effect on Culex pipiens pallens with pyriproxyfen in the field experiment.The decline rate of larvae density reached 100% after 3 days, however the density came up after one week. when managed again,the decline rate reached 98.78% after 3 days.
