| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重度前列腺增生症的有效治疗方法。方法：分析35例重度前列腺增生症采用经尿道前列腺电切术与经尿道前列腺电汽化术联合应用的临床资料。结果：35例患者手术成功，手术时间50～120分钟，平均90分钟。术后48小时内拔除尿管，排尿均通畅。随访6～12个月，平均8个月。尿道狭窄1例，暂时性尿失禁2例。结论：经尿道前列腺电切术与经尿道前列腺电汽化术联合应用治疗前列腺增生症兼两者优点，是治疗重度前列腺增生症疗效好、并发症少的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the therapentic methods of huge benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods:35 cases with huge BPH received TURP with TUVP were analyzed retrospectively. Resutls:All the 35 operations were successfully. The operation time was 50~120min (mean,90min). The latex foley catheter was removed within 48 hours after the surgery. Followup for 6~12 months (mean,8 months) in 35 cases of urethral stricture ( 1 cases) and temporary urinary incontinence ( 2 cases ) . Conclusion : TURP with TUVP is effecive method to treat the huge BPH. |
