Effects of ergometrine maleate injection and misoprostol tablets on postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section and its effect on serum biochemical indicators

Objective:To investigate the effect of ergometrine maleate injection assisted by misoprostol tablets on postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section and its effect on serum biochemical parameters.Methods:A total of 96 patients with bleeding during cesarean section in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Forty-eight patients in the control group were treated with 0.2 mg misoprostol tablets in the rectum once,and 48 patients in the study group were treated with 0.2 mg ergotoxine maleate injection intramuscular injection once.The clinical efficacy,2-hour postpartum hemorrhage,2-24-hour postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum lochia duration and hospital stay of the two groups were observed and recorded.The serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)was detected by enzyme-linked fluorescence immunoassay,and nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)levels were detected by nitrate reductase method,fibrinogen(FIB)and hemoglobin(HB)levels were detected by blood cell analyzer,and the incidence of adverse reactions during hospitalization was recorded.Results:The cure rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum 2 h bleeding and postpartum 2~24 h bleeding in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of postpartum lochia and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of NOS,NO and BNP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of FIB and Hb in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(12.50%)and the control group(14.58%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ergoxin maleate injection combined with misoprostol tablets is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.It can reduce the amount of blood loss,improve the levels of NOS,NO and BNP,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
