Abstract:Objective:To probe into the clinical manifestations,outcomes and mechanism of adverse reactions(ADR)induced by Reduning injection in children,and to provide reference for safe and rational clinical drug therapy for ADR.Methods:In the ADR report section of the ADR Management Platform of the Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University,the data of children’s skin system in the hospital from Jan.2015 to Aug.2019 was retrieved with the generic name Reduning.The gender,medication regimen,age,clinical manifestations and post-treatment of 59 children with ADR induced by Reduning were collected and analyzed.Results:Among the 59 cases of ADR in skin system induced by Reduning,ADR were mainly drug eruption(86.44%),including rash,macular and erythema papule,followed by severe multitype erythema(8.47%)and urticaria(5.08%),which were relieved after drug withdrawal and intervention.Conclusion:ADR in skin system induced by Reduning includes drug eruption,severe erythema multiforme and urticaria.Drug withdrawal and medication should be given in time when ADR occurs.During the clinical administration of Reduning,attention should be paid to patients’clinical manifestations,and timely communication with family members is necessary.
