| 摘 要： | 膝关节疼痛是膝骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)患者求诊的主要原因。针刺治疗膝关节疼痛历史悠久,安全有效,但机理不完全明确。目前研究发现,膝关节局部因素和中枢神经传导通路的改变共同参与了膝关节疼痛的形成。本文从膝关节局部和中枢神经传导通路两方面探讨KOA患者膝关节疼痛和针刺治疗的机理,并对针刺治疗KOA膝关节疼痛的相关研究的开展进行探讨和展望。

| Abstract: | Knee pain is the main reason for a patient with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) to consult a physician. Acupuncture treatment for knee pain is safe and effective and it has a long history. However, the mechanism is not fully clarified. At present, it has been found that local factors of the knee joint and changes of nerve conduction pathway were related to knee pain. This paper discussed mechanisms of knee pain in patients with KOA and acupuncture effect from perspectives of local knee joint factor and nerve conduction pathway factor. At the same time, the research on acupuncture for treating knee pain was discussed and predictions were made. |
