摘    要:正肿瘤放化疗患者易并发营养不良。研究显示,营养风险发生率67.7%,营养不足发生率45.0%~(1])。营养素摄入不足是肿瘤患者营养不良的主要原因,合理、有效地提供营养支持有利于改善机体活力、增加放化疗耐受力,降低治疗中断的风险,减轻放化疗不良反应,提高生存质量。申请营养会诊对患者进行营养治疗方案设计、实施、监测是对存在营养风险的住院患者实施临床营养支持治疗的第一步~(2])。本研究主要观察营养科参与会诊的营养支持治疗和随访对肿瘤患者的营养状况的影响。

Analysis of the effect of nutrition consultation on improving nutritional status of cancer patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy
Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of nutritional consultation on nutritional status and biochemical indexes of patients with tumor during radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nutritional support by the tube bed doctor, and the observation group was given nutritional consultation. The consultant and the tube bed doctor jointly implemented nutritional support and followed up for one month.Nutritional status before and after treatment was compared between the two groups, including body mass index and nutritional risk score (NRS-2002) before and after treatment.2. Biochemical indicators, including serum albumin (ALB) and serum prealbumin (PA), before and after treatment in both groups.Results: 1. After treatment, the body mass index and nutritional risk scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, especially after one month of follow-up.2. The levels of ALB and PA in the treatment group were significantly increased after one week and one month of treatment (P<0.05), and the above indicators were significantly different between the groups after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nutrition support treatment and follow-up in consultation with the Department of Nutrition play a better role in improving the nutritional status of cancer patients, which is worthy of recommendation.
