摘    要:目的设计一种新型的胫骨髓内钉远端瞄准架。方法在现行的胫骨髓内钉远端瞄准架的基础上,将原来的一个定位瞄准孔优化设计为三个并排的定位瞄准孔,以此增加定位杆与髓内钉定位平台的抵接面积,从而提高胫骨髓内钉远端置钉的准确率。结果采用新型的胫骨髓内钉远端瞄准架,可准确地对远端锁钉进行置入。结论新型胫骨髓内钉远端瞄准架提供了一种远端锁钉的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To design a new type distal sight frame for tibial intramedullary nail. Methods On the basis of the existing distal sight frame of tibial intramedullary nail, the original one location sight hole was optimized into three side-by-side location sight holes, so as to increase the contact area between the location rod and the intramedullary nail location platform, to improve the accuracy of the distal locking for tibial intramedullary nail. Results A new type of distal sight frame for tibial intramedullary nail can be used for placement of the distal locking. Conclusion A new type of distal sight frame for tibial intramedullary nail provides a method for distal locking, which is worthy of clinical application.
