Clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong Jiajian Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong Jiajian Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods:The 92 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into a single group,46 cases(antibiotic treatment)and a combined group,46 cases(Xiaoqinglong Jiajian Decoction combined with antibiotic therapy).After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,time of symptom disappearance and recurrence rate between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy and lung function of the combined group were better than those of the single group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the combined group was better than that of the single group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong Jiajian Decoction combined with antibiotics has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.The disappearance of symptoms is shortened,the lung function is effectively improved,and the recurrence rate after discharge is low.It has high clinical use value.
