| 摘 要： | 卒中复发是造成我国卒中患者死亡率、致残率的重要原因。卒中复发风险预测工具是早期识别复发高危人群、明确预防重点的有效措施,对于卒中的二级预防有重要意义。本文简要介绍我国卒中复发预测工具的开发建设与应用现状,为进一步完善我国卒中复发风险预测工具的建设发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | In China, the recurrence of stroke is a key factor for high mortality and disability in stroke patients. The risk prediction tool for stroke recurrence is an effective measure for early identification of a high-risk population of recurrence and to define the prevention priorities, which is of great significance for secondary prevention of stroke. This paper briefly introduced the development, construction, and application status of stroke recurrence prediction tools in China, so as to provide a reference for further improving the construction and development of stroke recurrence risk prediction tools in China. |
