Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationships between uric acid,D-dimer and different types of cerebral infarction.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,96 patients with acute cerebral infarction(experimental group)and 60 healthy people(control group)were selected for the study.According to the trial of org10172 in acute stroke treatment(toast),the experimental groups were divided into three types:large artery atherosclerosis(LAA),small artery occlusion(SAO)and cardiac embolism(CE).On the next day after admission,fasting venous blood was drawn to determine uric acid(UA)and D-dimer.The differences of uric acid and D-dimer among experimental group,control group and different types of cerebral infarction group were compared.Results:D-dimer of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),D-dimer of LAA group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),UA of SAO group was higher than that of LAA group,UA of LAA group was higher than that of CE group,UA of control group was higher than that of LAA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of D-dimer in LAA group was the highest,and UA in CE group was the lowest.
