近20年中医证候测评工具研究现状的可视化分析＊

目的了解近20年中医证候测评工具的研究现状,为未来研究提供参考;方法检索中国知网2000年-2020年发表的证候测评工具相关文献,应用CiteSpace V5.5以作者和机构为对象绘制合作图谱,分析值得关注的科研人员或机构;以文献和期刊为对象分析研究主题的演变;以关键词为对象绘制共现图谱,配合突变词功能,分析研究热点及研究现状;对关键词绘制时间线视图和时区视图,以展现文献的更新和相互影响,分析发展趋势。结果共检索到证候测评工具相关文献849篇,每年呈稳步增长的发展态势;收录最多的期刊为中华中医药杂志;发文量较多的作者和机构存在广泛的合作关系;研究中普遍运用德尔菲法,近期关注关联规则、中医证候积分等研究,神经心理学测评工具的研究持续不断,腹膜透析、肺功能、肺癌等研究是新兴领域。结论本文初步揭示证候测评工具研究领域的领军者、可合作机构及研究现状,为后续深入探索证候测评工具相关研究的学者提供参考。

Visual Analysis of Research Status of TCM Syndrome Evaluation Tools in Recent 20 Years

Objective To understand the research status of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome evaluation tools in recent 20 years and provide a reference for future researches.Methods The researches on syndrome assessment tools published on CNKI from 2000 to 2020 were retrieved and CiteSpace V5.5 was used to draw a cooperation map to analyze the researchers or institutions worthy of attention; the literature and journals were taken as the objects to analyze the evolution of research topics; the co-occurrence map was drawn with the function of mutation words to analyze research hotspots and research status; the timeline view and time zone view were drawn for keywords to show the update and mutual influence of literature; the development trend was analyzed.Results In total, 849 pieces of literature related to syndrome assessment tools were retrieved, which showed a steady growth trend every year; the most included journals were the China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy; the authors and institutions with more articles published had an extensive cooperative relationship; Delphi method was widely used in the research. Recently, the main focuses were the association rule, TCM syndrome score, and other researches. The research on neuropsychological assessment tools was continuous. Peritoneal dialysis, lung function, lung cancer, and other research were the emerging fields.Conclusion This paper preliminarily reveals the leading scholars, cooperative institutions, and research status in the field of syndrome assessment tools, and provides a reference for the scholars who would like to further explore the related research of syndrome assessment tools.
