2型糖尿病患者中医主证舌诊客观参数分析

目的 分析2型糖尿病患者不同中医主证的舌象特征参数,为该病证临床诊断提供舌诊客观化指标。方法 使用Smart TCM-I型中医生命信息分析系统采集400例2型糖尿病患者的舌象信息,提取并分析该病各主证的舌色、苔色、舌形、苔质特征参数。结果 各证候组在舌根部舌色H、S、V值,舌尖部舌色H、S值,舌中部及整体舌色H值,舌根部苔色V值,舌中部、右部及整体苔色H值,舌形的裂纹参数,苔质的剥落参数上存在显著性差异（P < 0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者各主证的舌象特征参数具有差异性,将为进一步开展基于舌诊客观参数的糖尿病证候分类识别研究提供数据支持,也为糖尿病的中医诊断及疗效评价提供一定的客观依据。

Analysis of Objective Parameters of Tongue Diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Main Syndromes in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To provide objective indexes for clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes by analyzing the characteristic parameters of tongue diagnosis in different traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) main syndromes of the patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods We used a life information analysis system (Smart TCM-I) to collect tongue information of four hundred patients with type 2 diabetes, extract and analyze the characteristic parameters of tongue color, tongue coating color, tongue shape, and tongue coating quality.Results There were significant differences in Hue (H), Saturation (S) and Value (V) in the tongue root, H value and S value in the tip of the tongue, H value in the middle and the whole tongue, V value in the tongue root, H value in the middle, right and the whole tongue, crack parameters in the shape of the tongue, and peeling parameters in the tongue quality (P < 0.05).Conclusion There were differences in the characteristic parameters of the tongue diagnosis in the main syndromes of type 2 diabetic patients, which will provide data support for further research on the classification and recognition of diabetic syndromes based on the objective parameters of tongue diagnosis, and also provide some objective basis for the TCM diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of diabetes.
