不同影像学性质肺结节患者的舌象参数特征分析＊

目的客观、定量分析不同影像学性质肺结节患者舌象特征,以期为肺结节患者的临床判断提供舌象特征参数。方法通过运用数字化舌象采集仪采集肺结节患者舌象,提取舌象特征参数,并记录患者的肺部CT影像学结果,分析不同影像学性质的肺结节患者的舌象参数特征。结果不同影像学性质肺结节患者舌色、舌苔参数均存在差异,非毛玻璃肺结节患者舌质G值与B值低于毛玻璃患者,非毛玻璃患者与毛玻璃患者在舌苔左侧参数存在差异。结论数字化舌象采集仪能够客观描述不同影像学性质肺结节患者舌象特征,提示舌象参数可为肺结节的病情判断提供一定的科学依据。

Analysis of Tongue Parameters in Patients with Pulmonary Nodules of Different Imaging Properties

Objective To objectively and quantitatively analyze the characteristics of tongue in patients with pulmonary nodules of different imaging properties, so as to provide the parameters of tongue characteristics for the clinical judgment of patients with pulmonary nodules.Methods The digital tongue image acquisition instrument was used to collect the tongue image in patients with pulmonary nodules, the characteristic parameters of tongue image were extracted, the CT imaging results of patients with pulmonary nodules were recorded, and the characteristics of tongue image parameters of patients with different imaging properties were analyzed.Results There were differences in the parameters of tongue color and tongue coating in patients with pulmonary nodules of different imaging properties. The G and B values of tongue in patients with pulmonary nodules without ground glass were lower than those in patients with ground glass. There were differences in the parameters of left tongue coating between patients with non-ground glass and those with ground glass.Conclusion The digital tongue image acquisition instrument can objectively describe the tongue image characteristics of patients with pulmonary nodules of different imaging properties, suggesting that the tongue image parameters can provide a certain scientific basis for the judgment of pulmonary nodules.
