Abstract:Objective:To investigate the anesthetic effect of sufentanil and lidocaine combined with propofol in patients with painless induced abortion.Methods:70 patients with painless induced abortion in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized by intravenous injection of propofol 0.1~0.15μg·kg^-1 combined with intravenous injection of sufentanil 1.5 mg·kg^-1,while the observation group was anesthetized by intravenous injection of lidocaine 0.5 mg·kg^-1 on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamics,recovery after anesthesia,adverse reactions and injection site pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The average arterial pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the control group were lower than those of the observation group at 5 min of anesthesia(P<0.05);the eye opening time,spontaneous breathing time,postoperative consciousness recovery time and walking recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the pain score of the injection site was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol combined with sufentanil and lidocaine has little effect on hemodynamics,shortens the recovery time of anesthesia,reduces the rate of adverse reactions,and reduces the pain at the injection site.
