丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼及利多卡因在无痛人流患者中的应用

目的:探讨舒芬太尼、利多卡因复合丙泊酚用于无痛人流患者中的麻醉效果。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年1月我院收治的70例无痛人流患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方法将其分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组患者采用静脉注射丙泊酚0.1~0.15μg·kg^-1联合静脉推注舒芬太尼1.5 mg·kg^-1进行麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上静脉注射利多卡因0.5 mg·kg^-1进行麻醉。两组患者均于术后,比较两组血流动力学情况、麻醉后恢复情况、不良反应发生情况及注射部位疼痛情况。结果:麻醉5 min时对照组平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度均低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组睁眼时间、自主呼吸时间、术后意识恢复时间、恢复行走时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组,注射部位疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼、利多卡因对患者血流动力学影响小,缩短麻醉恢复时间,减少不良反应率,降低注射部位疼痛。

Application of propofol combined with sufentanil and lidocaine in patients with painless induced abortion

Objective:To investigate the anesthetic effect of sufentanil and lidocaine combined with propofol in patients with painless induced abortion.Methods:70 patients with painless induced abortion in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized by intravenous injection of propofol 0.1~0.15μg·kg^-1 combined with intravenous injection of sufentanil 1.5 mg·kg^-1,while the observation group was anesthetized by intravenous injection of lidocaine 0.5 mg·kg^-1 on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamics,recovery after anesthesia,adverse reactions and injection site pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The average arterial pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the control group were lower than those of the observation group at 5 min of anesthesia(P<0.05);the eye opening time,spontaneous breathing time,postoperative consciousness recovery time and walking recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the pain score of the injection site was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol combined with sufentanil and lidocaine has little effect on hemodynamics,shortens the recovery time of anesthesia,reduces the rate of adverse reactions,and reduces the pain at the injection site.
