Abstract:[Objective]To investigate the chemical constituents from the n-BuOH extracts of the whole plants of Centipeda minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers.In order to lay the foundation of systematic research and exploration.[Methods]The compounds were isolated and purified systematically by means of macroporous resin,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography,ODS column chromatography,preparative-thin layer chromatography and preparative-HPLC,the structure of these compounds were identified by NMR and HR-ESI-MS.[Results]The 14 known compounds were identified as luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide,nudicaucins A,guaiacin D,chlorogenic acid,4,5-O-dicaffeoyquinic acid methyl ester,p-hydroxy-benzoic acid,salicylic acid,sinapic acid,sinapic acid methyl ester,ferulic acid,caffeic acid methyl ester and syringic acid.[Conclusion]Compounds 1-14 were obtained from the genus of Centipeda Lour.for the first time.
