宁夏回族自治区银川市高血压病流行病学调查

目的　了解银川市18岁以上人群高血压的流行病学特点，探析高血压患病的影响因素，制定高血压病社区规范化治疗及干预模式。方法　采用分层整群抽样对银川市5439人进行血压测量和资料的收集。结果　宁夏银川市高血压患病率为22.7%,标化率为23.1%；男性患病率25.8%高于女性19.5%（P＜0.01），城市25.0%高于农村19.5%（P＜0.01)汉族24.4%高于回族19.4%（P＜0.01)。随着年龄的增加，高血压患病率增加明显。经非条件Logistic逐步回归分析显示，高盐饮食、年龄、BMI≥24、腹型肥胖、家族史是高血压的危险因素。结论　宁夏银川市回族高血压发病率低于汉族，可能与其特殊生活方式和基因有关

Epidemiological survey of hypertension among people in Yinchuan, Ningxia province

【Abstract】 Objective: To study prevalence of hypertension and risk factors in the people in Yinchaun. Methods: A total 5439 resdents, aged 18 and over, randomly sampled by means of cluster sampling from counties and cities. Results: prevalence rate of hypertension in Yinchuan was 22.7%,The standardized prevalence rate was 23.1%，prevalence rate of 25.8% in men than women 19.5%（P＜0.01）; Urban prevalence rate of 25.0% higher than in rural 19.5%（P＜0.01）; hypertension was highly prevalent in Han nationality than that in Hui people. The prevalence rate grew up obviously following in creasing age. By multivariable logistic regression, risk factors of high-salt diet、age、BMI≥24、obesity、family History 、eat greasy、meat frequency ≥ 5 times / week. Conclusion: The results indicated that hypertension was below prevalent in Hui people than that in Han nationality.The cause may be ascribed to special life style and possibly genetic factors.
