摘    要:目的本方法为大米中咪唑磺隆残留量的检测技术。方法样品提取后采用自动固相萃取方式;定量分析采用高效液相色谱方法-紫外检测器进行检测。结果最低检测限为0.02 mg/kg;大米中残留咪唑磺隆量实验精密度为2.23%-5.66%;咪唑磺隆的添加浓度在0.02 mg/kg-0.50 mg/kg时,回收率范围为88.5%-90.7%。结论该方法具有高效率,高灵敏度,准确度好,可靠性高等技术特点。

Abstract:Objective In this paper a method for determination of imazosulfuron in cereals by HPLC was described. Methods Samples were cleaned up with auto solid phase extraction and determined by HPLC using UV-detector. Results The detection limits were 0.02 mg/kg, recoveries and RSDs of the method were 88.5%- 90.7% and 2.23%-5.66% at this concentration. Conclusion The method described has high efficiency and sensitivity, with good stability and veracity.
