| 摘 要： | 目的 评价不同产地和生长年限黄连的内在质量。方法 用紫外分光光度法测定不同产地和生长年限黄连的总生物碱含量。结果 14个样品黄连总生物碱含量为 12 .0 %～ 17.4 %。结论 产地不同其含量不同 ,随生长年限增长 ,其含量增加

| Abstract: | Objective To study quality of Rhizoma Coptidis from different places and those at different growth years.Methods The total alkaloids in Rhizoma Coptidis was determined by UV.Results The cotents of total alkaloids in fourteen samples were from 12.0% to 17.4%.Conclusion The contents of total alkaloids in Rhizoma Coptidis from different places are different,while they are higher in those with longer growth years. |
