| 摘 要： | 本文总结了１０８例周围型肺癌的临床，病理及Ｘ线表现。Ｘ线胸部正侧位片诊断准确率为７８％，ＣＴ诊断准确率为９０％。并对周围型肺癌的Ｘ线表现及误诊原因进行分析，同时强调ＣＴ在诊断周围型肺癌的临床价值

| Abstract: | The authors of the paper analyszed the clinical 、pathologic and X ray signs of One hundred and eight cases of peripheral lung cancer.The dignostic accuracy on the chest ilm was 75% and that on the CT was 90%.In the paper, the authors also analyszed X ray signs and the causes of missed diagnosis.At the same tim e,CT clinical volue was emphasized in diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer. |
