肝素钙治疗增生性肾炎的作用探讨

目的：探讨肝素钙在治疗增生性肾炎中的作用。方法：将70例增生性肾小球肾炎患，进行常规病理检查，并以免疫组化方法测定其肾小球P27^kipl，增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA），基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs)-MMP-2,MMP-3的表达，同时随机分为常规疗法（A组）和常规疗法＋肝素钙（B组）两组，结果：A组和B组系膜增生程度，球性硬化，节段性硬化，MMP－2，MMP－3，P27／PCNA比值＞1无显性差异，B组10例血肌酐增高治疗前后血肌酐和内生肌酐清除率有显性差异，B组的疗效优于A组，结论：加用肝素钙治疗慢性肾炎有理论上和实践上的意义。

Effects of hepacarin on proliferative nephritis

Objective:To investigate the effects of hepacarin on proliferative nephritis.Methods:70 patients with proliferative nephritis were divided into 2 groups randomly.Group A was treated without hepacarin and group B was treated with hepacarin.All patients were diagnosed by renal biopsy.Immunohistochemical method was used to measure the expressions of p27 kipl ,proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA),MMP2 and MMP3 of renal glomerulus.Results:No significant differences in the degree of mesangial proliferation,glomerulosclerosis and segmental sclerosis,the expressions of MMP2 and MMP3,the ratio of p27 to PCNA were found between the two groups.Hepacarin treatment significantly lowered serum creatinine and improve endogenous creatinine clearance in 10 patients with elevated serum creatinine in group B.The effect of hepacarin in group B was superior to group A.Conclusion:The effect of hepacarin on the chronic nephritis was significant.
