候诊时间与状态焦虑的相关性研究

目的探讨门诊患者候诊时间与状态焦虑(S-AI)和血压(BP)、脉搏(P)的相互关系。方法应用S-AI问卷进行调查,收集候诊20min、2h患者的BP与P的实测数据并进行对比分析。按疾病分为呼吸组、心血管病组、糖尿病组,自身对照。结果呼吸组、心血管组、糖尿病组的患者随着候诊时间延长,S-AI评分明显增高,20min与2h比较,分别增高了14分、5.28分、14.96分,差异有显著性(P<0.01);收缩压对比分别升高了7.46mmHg、7.56mmHg、7.6mmHg,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两段候诊时间的BP和P及S-AI之间呈正相关。结论缩短候诊时间,可预防精神因素引起的BP、P的变化,有效地避免发生短暂性的紧张、焦虑、神经质的体验。

The relation of the status of anxiety and the time of out patients waiting to see a doctor for administration

ObjectiveTo approach the relation of the station of anxiety(S-AI) and the time of out-patient waiting to see the doctor between the blood pressure and the pulse.MethodsCollecting the measured data of out-patient's blood pressure and the pulse waiting to see the doctor in 20 min, 2 h;the scoring points of status of anxiety questionnaire,example the significance difference between the two compare with t-test relation with straight. ResultsThe different time of waiting to see the doctor has significant impression to blood pressure and pulse. S-AI, P<0.001 between the time blood pressure and the pulse has the correlation dependence,but assumes the positive correlation with S-AI.ConclusionCutting the time of waiting to see the doctor, may prevent the change of blood pressure and pulse which caused by the energetic factor, effectively avoid occurring temporary tension anxious,nervousness experience.
